What are People saying about this product:
People 1:
I admit, right from the start, I am a newbie. So a lot of the terms, such as fermentation, 12, and three, were new to me. As I have progressed, I appreciate all the cycles on this bread machine. I primarily bought this to make cinnamon swirl raisin bread. I followed the recipe for white bread, and it came out beautiful even though I wasn’t sure about gluten content, buttermilk powder, or whole milk powder, all new terms to me. The step-by-step directions are helpful and in big enough print so you can see them for those of us with macular degeneration. They are explicit about the ingredients, and how you put them in them is not rocket science. He puts the things in the bowl as listed, sets the digital LED screen to the size of the loaf and the color of the crust you want, and chooses the right setting. Presto, you press the start button, and it goes! It’s that simple! Now, the settings through, I didn’t quite understand what sweet bread and milky bread do, ugh cycle, and a variety of other terms to choose from on the setting cycle, but a quick YouTube search answered any questions I had. The book of recipes that come with it is encompassing. I can’t imagine you would need anything more.
The most important thing I appreciate about this machine is that it has made me search out any questions I might have and continue to learn. I’m trying new flours.
My only con is the book that comes with it. It has an email that is probably not correct anymore because I received a card from customer service thanking me for my purchase, and it was a completely different email. That must be why they did not answer my question about when and how to put the cinnamon swirl in the cinnamon swirl raisin bread. I told you I was a beginner.
Otherwise, this is a great purchase!

People 2:
Update after using it for over a year: The pan’s ceramic layer has almost no visible sign of wearing out. I’m entirely and honestly impressed. This is the only single-brand pan (I have had several in over 10 years, including the most expensive Zojurishi) that has shown such perfect durability. I have never seen that before. Buy without any doubt.
Original review:
First, the bottom line is that the initial runs yielded good results. I’m confident that this machine will serve us well.
We are hefty users of bread machine(s). We altogether ceased using “modern wheat” 10 years ago. Since then, we have not bought any bread or wheat products from the store. We buy einkorn wheat berries only. We grind them on the spot and make our excellent simplistic einkorn bread using a bread machine. So we use real/literal “whole wheat” flour (that you can’t buy in a package). Our bread machine gets used every second day, and since our flour is dense & gritty (compared to fluffy white flour), we go through pan replacement about every year. The average machine also lasts about 2-3 years for us. So we’ve been through many different machines (started with the horrible & most expensive Zojirushi) and relatively few others.
Keepeez is a completely unknown brand to us (as are many other Chinese bread machines, almost all arbitrary “brands” that are here now—never to be seen next year). Keepeez has two different models. We chose this more expensive one because it claims to have a fortified / multi-layer pan and a stronger motor (which seems to be a better fit for our heavy demand). We’ll see how it holds up.
Our previous machine was a Hamilton Beach. It broke down, and we remained with its pan. To our surprise (although it’s taller), it fits into this Keepeez machine, too.
People 3:
This is a great machine as soon as you figure out the functions! I even made yogurt, a cold start type! This is what I figured out about the functions:
1) Soft bread (Basic white bread)
2) Sweet bread (batter breads)
3) Natural sourdough (Makes the sourdough starter. Not sure about the natural part. Is there such a thing as “unnatural sourdough?”
4) French bread
5) Whole wheat
6) Quick bread (Rapid Rise cycle)
7) Sugar-free (Not sure about this. What makes any bread sugar-free is when you don’t add sugar to the recipe)
8) Multigrain
9) Milky loaf
10) Cake
11) Raw dough (dough cycle without a heated, rising cycle)
12) Leaven dough (dough cycle with a heated, rising cycle)
13) Jam and jelly (another interesting feature for a low-cost machine)
14) Bake (no mix, no kneading, no rising cycle. Just a baking cycle as an option)
15) Yogurt (A simple but time-consuming process that requires a low temperature maintained for hours. Another interesting feature.)
16) Gluten-free
17) Ferment (This is a rising cycle only. Low-temperature setting that can be chosen as an option for an extra rise if customizing an artisanal bread)

People 4:
The recipe I use is as follows:
ingredients amount notes
water 1 1/4 cups from fridge microwave 30 secs
butter 2 tbsp salted Irish butter microwave 30 secs and stir till melted
flour 3 cups strictly used flour with 4 grams of protein per 1/4 cup
sugar 2 tbsp exact used white sugar
salt 1 tsp scant used Morton sea salt
yeast 1 tsp Saf Instant Yeast, in with water and sugar before dry ingredients
yeast 1 tsp after all ingredients added
cycle 1 soft bread 1 1/2 lb med crust
I add water, sugar, and 1 tsp of yeast. I wait for the yeast to start foaming, then add butter, flour, salt, and the second tsp of yeast. I put the pan in the bread machine, select cycle 1, 1 1/2 lb loaf size, and medium crust. I check midway between the first stir and scrap the sides. Then, I sit back and wait for it to finish.

People 5:
The unit appears nice and arrived undamaged. Pretty LCD screen and stainless steel shell.
The lid window is very small and fogs up, making it useless. The instructions are not clear, and the LCD screen is overly cluttered with useless information. The bread turned out okay, except it had an uneven mixing twist. Maybe it needs another paddle. This unit is a single mixer, but it comes with a spare paddle.
Overall, for the price, it’s a useful machine. The steel paddle is not very loud. This machine is programmed for many different types of bread.
